When coming to Miami, you don't have to hop into a cab at the airport to get dropped off at our hotel. Enjoy our complimentary airport shuttle TO and FROM the Miami International Airport. (more information below)

So for our guests, new arrivals, and even some returning guests, here's a simple guide to the basics of getting around Miami. If you decide to explore Miami walking or biking, don't worry, we have all sort of public transportations, some paid and some free, all depends the neighborhood you are hading to. Just look for MetroRail (NorthSouth), Free Trollyes (local neighborhoods), and Free MetroMover (Brickell and Downtown). Perfect to navigate from neighborhood to neighborhood. If you are adventurours, you can always grab an one-person motorized e-scooters*, or electric mopeds on local neighborhoods. Keep in mind, there is always Uber and Lyft, just download their App to your phone, and you are all set!

Or, even better, you can always rent-a-car! When renting a car in Miami, a few things to bare in mind: arrangements with SunPass to pay tolls, parking is limited in some areas, but in most areas, parking is everywhere - you can either pay at the pay station or use the PayByPhone App.

Complimentary MIA Airport Shuttle

Schedule*: Our complimentary shuttle vans depart the Hotel once every hour - on the hour, starting at 5 AM until 11 PM. For your convenience, digital boards are available at the luggage claim areas, where you may contact one of our staff members to announce your arrival even after normal shuttle hours.

Pick-up Location at Miami International Airport: Guests must proceed to the upper level of the terminal (Departure Level) - Our shuttle will stop by doors 5-10-15-28 of the terminal, please wait for the shuttle outside, by the sidewalk. The airport administration prohibits hotel vans from driving by the arrival level and to stop at any areas to wait for passengers, except when loading or unloading.

Identifying our Shuttle: Please note that there are several other Hampton Hotels around the Miami Airport but our shuttles are well marked, as shown on the picture - yellow marker, to allow you to recognize them. Also note that we have multiple Airport Shuttle vans, they are either wrapped in white (as shown below) OR wrapped in blue, but both vans have the yellow 777 tag - front bumpers.
